I am the Health and Wellness Manager at Colets.. I have been in the fitness industry for over 30 years, helped a wide range of clients and taught group exercise classes from Spinning to Body Pump, but as I have matured my focus has shifted from the sweaty HIIT type sessions to health & wellbeing.
My Pilates knowledge has helped me teach my clients the best technique for strength & resistance training, improve their posture, increase mobility and build a strong core - staying healthy & injury free for longer.

If you don’t see me on the gym floor with clients or working out, then I am probably out on my bike. Cycling is my biggest passion and it’s something I have been doing since I was 12. I am currently competing in the Surrey Road Race Leagues, so I spend a lot of time training and preparing for the races. As an indoor cycling instructor, I use a lot of my outdoor knowledge and experience to fuel my classes.
Keeping the body healthy and the mind focused are two very important aspects when it comes to reaching a goal. Nutrition plays a big part regardless of whether you want to lose, maintain or gain weight. If your goal is to develop your squats, bench press and deadlift, I offer programs tailored to these three lifts specifically to increase your strength in these lifts.
