Pool Party
The party includes supervised pool games, free play with floats, woggles, and dive toys. Staff-to-child ratio is 1:10. Shallow end of the pool (0.9m) only.

Bouncy Castle
Start your party by bouncing on our indoor bouncy castles and exploring our dens & tunnels. Afterwards, head down to our custom-built soft play area and end the festivities with your favourite classic party games.

Booking your party is simple! Just follow these steps:
1. Visit our website and select your preferred party theme, date, and time slot.
2. Provide the number of children attending and answer a few party-related questions.
3. The minimum payment is required for 12 children, but you can add extra children later if needed.
4. Complete the booking process by submitting payment for the selected number of children.
5. Once confirmed, you're all set to enjoy a fantastic celebration with us!

Our birthday parties are offered exclusively on weekends, with two available time slots, 13:00-15:00 and 16:00-18:00.
If your desired date or time slot is unavailable, it may be fully booked or not available for parties.
Please note that pool parties are specifically scheduled from 13:00-15:00.

We recommend booking your party at least 4-6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. However, we can accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability.

We recognise that guest numbers may vary. However, please note that we cater based on the number of children for which you've made payment. Regrettably, we're unable to refund or accommodate additional children on the day of the party.

Our all-inclusive packages cover everything from decorations, music, party bags to party food, along with expert supervision and a choice of exciting activities. Specific inclusions vary based on the selected package. All you need to bring is a cake and candles!
Please note, from April 2024 we will no longer be supplying helium filled balloons. This is due to a helium shortage.

Our birthday parties are tailored for children aged from 3 up to 12 years old. Please refer to the specific suitability for each party package.

Our base packages typically include a set number of children (12), with options to accommodate additional guests for an extra fee. We cap parties at 20 attendees.

Due to space, we encourage a ‘drop off’ party. Basil’s at Colets, our newly refurbished bar and eatery, offers a great place to relax whilst we take care of the party!

We request that the birthday child’s parent/guardian remains on-site during the party. However, our experienced staff will handle all aspects of the party, allowing parents to relax in Basil’s and enjoy the celebration.

We offer a variety of party foods including sandwiches with ham, cheese, jam, or a mixture, sausage rolls, crisps, veggie platters, party rings, and a choice of ice cream or jelly.
To accommodate any allergy or dietary requirements, please provide details by the Monday before your party. Please be aware that nuts are present in our kitchen, so all food items will be labelled as 'may contain'.

Our party bags are filled with exciting and age-appropriate goodies. While specific contents may vary based on availability and package selection, they typically include:

1 spinning top kit
1 touchable bubbles set
1 bird glider
1 changeable nibs rainbow pencil

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details on refunds, rescheduling, and any applicable fees.
The payment will be refunded in full if more than 28 days’ notice is given prior to the party date, this must be emailed directly to juniors@colets.co.uk.
No refund will be given if within the 28 days but we will always try to reschedule for you.
