I trained as a dancer and it was this that lead me to explore the fitness world. I then went on to qualify in Exercise to Music as I loved participating in classes myself.
I have been working freelance teaching studio classes, aqua aerobics and spinning at various different clubs for just over 2 years. I then qualified as a personal trainer last year as I also really enjoy gym-based exercise.
Whether your aim is to increase your general fitness, gain strength, feel good about yourself overall or achieve a personal goal, I can offer planning, motivation and encouragement to all ages and abilities. Each session will be varied, effective and most of all fun!
Some people can find the whole gym environment quite overwhelming with its machinery and equipment – not knowing what to do and feeling uncomfortable can make people not perform at their best. However, with a plan and guidance, together we will work out the perfect programme for you, so you can achieve your goals whatever they may be!
