  • If you're familiar with Pilates, our Fitness Pilates classes are the next step. Open to all ages, genders, and fitness levels, these classes offer exercises with adjustable intensity and modifications for any limitations. Work at your own pace to gradually build strength, endurance, and flexibility.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

  • These functional exercises engage multiple muscle groups, demanding coordination, focus, and core strength. The more you train this way, the more adept you'll become at synchronising your body's movements, enhancing both strength and coordination. An induction is mandatory before attending this class or booking the FT room. Given the 30-minute class duration, please pre-warm in the gym for 5-10 minutes.

  • If you are new to Pilates Mat or aiming to enhance your skills in the essential exercises within a secure and organized setting, our Foundations class serves as an excellent introduction to Pilates. These classes are conducted at a comfortable pace in smaller groups enabling participants to grasp safe and efficient techniques so when ready, the transition into Improver classes should be effortless.   • If you are new to Reformer or aiming to enhance your skills in the essential exercises within a secure and organized setting, Reformer Foundations serves as an excellent introduction to reformer classes. We will explain how the Reformer works and how your body feels on the Reformer. 

    These classes are conducted at a comfortable pace, enabling participants to grasp safe and efficient techniques so when ready, the transition into Flow classes should be effortless.

    This class is especially well-suited for improvers, as it provides a supportive environment to continue your fitness journey. Flow classes are suitable for members who have attended Reformer Foundations and feel ready to move up a level.
