Late collection of your children will incur a late fee of £10 for every 10 minutes (or part thereof) past the specified collection time, up to a maximum of £30 per half hour. Children may not be left in the Junior Activities room after 18:30 as this contravenes our registration. Please note: should your children not be collected by 19:00, an additional fee of £50 will be incurred on top of the half-hourly rate.

SIGNING IN & OUT:

To meet OFSTED & Fire Safety regulations children MUST be signed in & out of Camp by a responsible parent/guardian age 16+. Please inform the Junior Activities Supervisors during registration if someone else is collecting your child.

LUNCH & SNACK:

From Summer 2023, food will not be provided by Colets and all children should bring in a packed lunch. We would encourage a healthy lunch that will keep them going throughout the day. This will need to be nut free and please ensure any small foods are sliced appropriately. Please be aware that we do not have refrigerating or heating facilities.

SWIMMING:

If they do not want to swim, please inform the supervisors at sign in. Swimming is timetabled every day so please ensure children have their swimming kit with them should they want to swim. Confidence jackets will be put on all of the Whizz kids, unless specified different from a parent to Lydia. Please note, all 4 and 5 year olds will have to wear them. .

TIMETABLES:

The birthday child’s parents must be available and onsite at all times during the party. We encourage all other parents to drop off their children at the party and if they wish to stay onsite to head to Colets Cafe/Bar.

BELONGINGS:

We discourage children from bringing toys. Electronic equipment and phones should not be bought to Camp. Colets cannot take any responsibility for lost or damaged belongings. We recommend you name all your child’s clothing and belongings so lost items can be reunited.

NOTICE OF TERMINATION:

We reserve the right to terminate your child’s place at Kids’/Junior Camp immediately if a breach of Terms & Conditions occurs, or if it is considered to be in the best interests of the centre or welfare of the other children.
