Our member price is £42.50 and the non-member price £49.50.

This includes an afternoon snack, and all activities! There may be a one-off additional activity but this will show up on the plan and is always optional.

You will need to bring with you:

• A nut-free morning snack and packed lunch (unless you have booked a Colets lunch)

• Labelled refillable water bottle

• Sun cream (if necessary)

• Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing. We will be outside as much as possible!

• All swimming bits! Including shoes to walk to the pool and a towel!

Please note that we do not have access to refrigeration or heating facilities.

Yes! You can pay using childcare vouchers - just enter the code CCV at checkout. This code will deduct 100% of the cost. Please ensure payment is transferred through your childcare voucher provider within 7 days, or your booking may be cancelled.

Sign-in will be between 8:30 and 9:30 and sign out between 16:30 and 17:30.

A team leader will be in the field by the car park and they will sign your child in and out. Please let them know if you would like to pick up/drop off at another time.

Our camp can be booked up until 24 hours before, subject to availability. Please note we advise customers to book their sessions as soon as they know their childcare requirements, in order to avoid disappointment, as we can book up fast.

All sessions are non-refundable. Any requests for changes or cancellations must be made directly by email to the Junior Activities Manager using juniors@colets.co.uk at least 14 days before the booked camp date. Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the camp booking date will receive credit. Childcare vouchers cannot be refunded and will be kept as credit. Credit will be valid for 12 months from the cancelled date.

Colets Camp is open to children who are currently attending school. Our groups are organised as follows:

• Explorers - for children in Reception and Year 1

• Adventurers - for children in Year 2 and above

Please note that we’re unable to accept children who are 4 years old and have not yet started school. Thank you for your understanding.

Early Drop-Off is available for children attending camp who need to arrive before the standard start time. For £6, children can be dropped off between at 8:00am, where they will be supervised in a safe and welcoming environment before activities begin. This option is perfect for busy parents who need a little extra flexibility in the morning.
