September brings a little more structure back to our weeks, making it the perfect time to make movement part of your routine again.

You don't need to wait until January for a fresh start. September is a great opportunity to reset, refocus and get moving.

A weekly class, a regular swim or a gym session can soon become part of your week. Start small and build from there.

Can I add a junior to my membership later?

Yes - just speak to the team and we’ll help get them set up.

Do you offer a free trial or day pass?

We offer complimentary day passes for first-time visitors. Get in touch to book your visit. T&Cs apply.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes, memberships can be frozen for up to 3 months per year for medical reasons or extended travel.

How do I choose the right membership?

Can I bring in a guest?

Yes - adult members can bring guests to use the facilities. Junior guests can only use the pool and squash courts.
