We know you have missed our indoor classes but hopefully not for much longer.
Indoor classes are restarting from 17th May, here are just a few reminders…….
Please arrive on time for your class. If you are early you will need to wait outside, sorry but if you are late you may not be able to attend.
Masks should currently be worn inside until you are ready to exercise. If you are using the wet changing after aqua or the toilets please wear your mask. If you are using equipment in classes please wipe down with the sanitisers before & after for your own and other members safety.
If you are not coming to class please cancel your space. With class numbers restricted due to social distancing some classes hold large waiting lists. If you don’t cancel other members won’t get a chance to attend. Classes with low numbers will be monitored and if numbers don’t improve will be removed from the timetable. Please support your classes & teachers and don’t forget to check in at reception.
Aqua classes will be restarting from Monday 17th May- you may bring an Aqua belt for Deepwater classes if you have one but no other kit please. We will be introducing aqua kit back as soon as possible. Classes start at five past the hour for 40mins – wet changing rooms are open for a quick rinse off after your class. Swim Fit starts back with Chris on Tuesday & Thursday mornings from 06.30-07.05 – will open the door slightly early so you are ready to start at 6.30am.
Body Pump, Total Body, Streetbox, Zumba, Back Care, Club Active, Sit & Get Fit, Yoga, Pilates & Barre resume in the studios which have been newly decorated & look amazing. We will still be running our outside timetable – up to 25 classes per week including Bootcamp, Functional Training, HIIT, Konga, Streetbox, etc. With access to our fantastic grounds and lots of fresh air we hope to keep outside classes going well into the autumn/winter so come prepared for all weather conditions !
Yoga & Pilates – Please bring your own mat and any blocks, bands, small Pilates Balls etc that you may need to assist you. We will not be providing equipment for classes just yet but hope to introduce again soon. Colets has a beautiful Mind & Body studio with over 30 classes each week. Our studio currently has a maximum capacity of 13, is light and well ventilated with views onto the grounds.
Colets Yoga teachers are all highly qualified and experienced in teaching different styles of Yoga – from the more dynamic classes – Astanga & Flow Vinyasa to the slower paced Yin and Iyenga. We are able to level our Pilates classes to Beginners, Improvers and Intermediate members, so if you are new to Pilates or have injuries we can help you. We also offer Fitness Pilates for members wanting a stronger class.
Online Zoom classes have been great whilst we could not teach face to face. These will stop from Sunday 16th May. Should we need to restart them (If tier 3 restrictions are applied!) they can be organised fairly swiftly to keep you moving.
Group Cycle & Coach By Colour with our brilliant cycle team restarts from Monday 17th. Class numbers are still restricted to 10 but we will be running our Virtual timetable to give as much access to our cycle studio as possible. I’m sure you have missed the pumping tunes and riding as a group – cant wait to get back in the saddle.
Classes with a * are suitable for our 14-17 members and classes with a ** are suitable for our post natal mums.
