Water based classes are as popular as ever and have many advantages.

Aqua

Whilst being gentle on the joints, Aqua is a great way to improve fitness, burn fat and tone up. We now offer several different types of Aqua class. Some classes will be deep water based for a more challenging workout.

Aqua Mix has added variety to make you work harder with a range of equipment and more challenging exercises.

Aqua HIIT incorporates intensive exercises to challenge your heartbeat and improve fitness.

Swim Fit

Whether a regular swimmer or looking for a new way to challenge yourself, Swim Fit could be just the thing. This pool-based, 45-minute class focuses on a range of drills to work all muscle groups, increase your stamina and you’ll even pick up a few tips to improve your swimming technique too!
