This week is Mental Health Awareness week and here at Colets we want to make sure that you are looking after yourself mentally as well as physically.
Mental Health Awareness Week is an opportunity to raise awareness of issues surrounding this important topic and Colets is here to help anybody who might be struggling.
This year’s theme is loneliness and there are plenty of ways that coming to Colets can help. Whether it is doing one of our new classes that you and a friend have been meaning to try or even coming to meet a friend after a class in the Café complete with coffee and a catch up. Reaching out to people is an important part of helping improve your mental health.
Alternatively, if you are feeling stressed out and anxious then we recommend that you take part in our new Reiki Healing Sessions with Olenka. This is a natural and non-evasive relaxation technique to help bring harmony and balance back into your life.
Another important part in taking care of your mental health is to ensure that you make time for yourself. So why not treat yourself to one of Rejuvenate’s new treatments?
If making the most of the pool, jacuzzi and sauna is more for you, then don’t forget we have special chill out times on Wednesday and Friday evenings from 8pm-10pm to help you relax.
But please remember, if you are really struggling with your mental health, then please do seek out appropriate help from your GP or mental health charities such as Mind, CALM, Men’s Health Forum and the Mental Health Foundation.
