Having been a member of Colets for three years, we are pleased to be welcoming Anastasia as our new Sports Physiotherapist at the club.
Chartered and HCPC registered, she loves to treat sports injuries and is a specialist in the musculoskeletal field. Her qualifications include: Physiotherapist Degree BSc, Masters in Strength and Conditioning and a Bachelor Degree in Neurosciences.
Over the years, she has worked in elite sports and dance, representing top clubs including Olympique Lyonnais Football Club, Chelsea Football Club, Asvel Rugby and Lyon Ballet Opera.
Through her work as a physiotherapist, she has seen a wide range of injuries and uses manual treatment techniques and prescriptive exercises alongside clinical practice to ensure a progressive recovery.
