Group exercise is as popular as ever and so our membership covers well over 150 classes each week.

From early-morning until evening, our timetable will inspire you to vary your exercise, keep motivated and most importantly have fun!

Our four dedicated studios offer a wide range of classes for all interests and abilities. Classes may be booked up to seven days in advance both online and in-club.

DANCE

ZUMBA

A dance-style class with Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a fun, dynamic workout.

FIIT Dance

Easy to follow dance choreography with mix of different styles in one class from pop, strictly come dancing, Zumba, freestyle, jazz – maybe even Bollywood. It might be a bit of Brain workout too as you will need to remember learned choreography. Embracing body positivity through non-judgmental and fun dancing.

HIGH ENERGY

INSANITY

A cardio class based on max interval training that will push you past your limits. Athletic/ plyometric drills mixed with intervals of strength, power, resistance and core training. You don’t have to be in extreme shape as levels for each exercise are provided. Time to dig deep!

CIRCUITS

A great workout involving a series of exercises performed in rotation with minimal rest. Using different pieces kit, circuits is a tough but fun class for all levels. Great for getting fit for the ski season!

SUSPENSION CIRCUIT

As well as working on cardio fitness, you will use a system of straps, buckles and grips to work against your own body weight to build strength, balance, flexibility, endurance and core stability. Suspension Strength classes are run in smaller groups and focus on strap work only.

A mixture of, street dance, boxing, toning & high-energy cardio. It’s easy to follow, effective & fun! Move with power to the sounds of hip hop, club & dance music. Come join the party!

FITNESS PILATES

Utilises all of the principles and includes many of the mat work exercises in traditional Pilates but offers modifications to provide a controlled body conditioning class. NOT suitable for those with injuries.

Corrects posture whilst focusing on core stability. Gentle, effective & suitable for all. Benefits include longer leaner muscles, core strength, injury prevention and relief from stress and back pain.

Levels:
1 – Beginner or recovering from injury
2 – Improver: attended Pilates before; good understanding of Pilates practices
3 – Intermediate: regularly attends 1-2 Pilates classes a week
