Group exercise is as popular as ever and so our membership covers well over 170 classes each week.
From early-morning until evening, our timetable will inspire you to vary your exercise, keep motivated and most importantly have fun!
Our four dedicated studios offer a wide range of classes for all interests and abilities. Classes may be booked up to seven days in advance both online and in-club.

A dance-style class with Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a fun, dynamic workout.
Book ClassA fantastic total body workout that combines power, strength & mobility. Helps to build muscle, stamina, strengthen your core and improve posture, while stripping body fat. You will have the choice of kettle bells size but please stick to one you have chosen – no sharing equipment.
Book ClassA mixture of cardio, weights, battle ropes, sandbags, core and lots of fun. Dress for all weather conditions and bring a water bottle & sweat towel. Meet on the field by the back car park.

A full-body session using body-weight, dumbbells and mat-based exercises designed to build strength and confidence! The aim is to feel empowered while training in a body-positive environment regardless of ability, fitness level or experience.
Book ClassIncorporates precision moves with ballet technique. This low impact, total body workout lifts the bum, tones thighs, flattens abs and sculpts arms whilst protecting joints, giving a longer, leaner look.
Book ClassCombines deep-breathing & relaxation with slow, graceful, continuous movements; suitable for everyone and gentle on joints & muscles.
Book ClassFirst 40 minutes: warmup, followed by “silk reeling” exercises, and breathing and tai chi walking exercises. These would be carried out together as one group.
For the second half of the class, Chris will split into two groups, Beginners & Intermediate. Beginners would work on the Small Circle form. Inters would work on the Long Square form. Chris will divide his time between the groups.
The last five minutes are cooling down exercises, done together as one group.

Book ClassA relaxing yoga class which focuses on long-held, passive floor poses, typically
3-5 minutes, that mainly work parts of the lower body. Suitable for almost all abilities.
Utilises all of the principles and includes many of the mat work exercises in traditional Pilates but offers modifications to provide a controlled body conditioning class. NOT suitable for those with injuries.
Book ClassCorrects posture whilst focusing on core stability. Gentle, effective & suitable for all.
If you are new to Pilates, have injuries or mobility restrictions. please attend this class only.
Book ClassBenefits include longer leaner muscles, core strength, injury prevention and relief from stress and back pain. Attendance recommended if you have attended multiple Pilates classes and have a good understanding of Pilates practices
Book ClassIf you’re new to Pilates, attending this 20-minute beginner clinic will help you understand the breathing and the principles.
