Though aimed at those over 50, Club Active is our super-friendly weekly fitness session for members who are looking for a slightly more gentle / social class.

Whether you’re new to exercise or just trying out some classes for the first time, Club Active offers a great chance to sample group exercise and get a taste for the wide variety of classes on our main timetable.

From Yoga to Circuits, Pilates to Walk & Tone, the Club Active sessions are the perfect chance to re-introduce group classes into your weekly fitness routine, or try activities that you’ve never tried!

Classes are taken by Poppy and run every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon for 45 minutes. Book up to 7 days in advance at Reception or call 020 8398 7108

Here at Colets, we want to assist all of our members with their health and fitness, regardless of their age, mobility or fitness level. That’s why we offer our Sit & Get Fit sessions – chair-based fitness classes that aim to help those with restricted mobility or those coming back to exercise after a joint replacement.

Taking place in Studio 2, this class is ran by Lynne Edwards who has been a member of the Colets team for 5+ years. With a Level 3qualification in Adapting Exercise for Independently Active, Older People (from YMCA Fit), this class is a passion-project for Lynne who has seen it grow from strength to strength since its inception well over three years ago.

Sessions run every week on a Monday afternoon (13:45 – 14:30), with a small catch-up over a hot drink in Café Bar afterwards. So why not join Lynne and the regulars for a fun and rewarding workout?
