Though aimed at those over 50, Club Active is our weekly friendly fitness session for members who are looking for a slightly more gentle class. For those new to exercise, Club Active offers a great chance to sample group exercise and get a taste for some of the classes on our main studio timetable.

Classes are taken by Poppy and run every Tuesday afternoon at 2pm for 45 minutes. Book up to 7 days in advance at Reception or call 020 8398 7108
