Though aimed at those over 50, Club Active is our weekly friendly fitness session for members who are looking for a slightly more gentle class. For those new to exercise, Club Active offers a great chance to sample group exercise and get a taste for some of the classes on our main studio timetable.
From Yoga to Circuits, Pilates to Walk & Tone, the Club Active sessions are the perfect chance to re-introduce group classes into your weekly fitness routine, or try activities that you’ve never tried!
Classes are taken by Poppy and run every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon for 45 minutes. Book up to 7 days in advance at Reception or call 020 8398 7108
