Progressing from our Junior Timetable, we now have a dedicated programme of activities for 14 to 17 year olds.

It is recommended that teens get at least 1 hour of physical activity every day. Therefore, in addition to access to the gym, pool and squash courts, we have devised a programme of classes aimed specifically at the 14 to 17 age range. From dance classes, Functional Training, circuits and Pilates, there is plenty on offer.

We also offer free, personalised fitness programmes in our gym to make sure that teens are making the most of their time with us, whatever their aims.

Our 14-17 members can access the club 7 days a week, from 6.30am until a last entry of 5.30pm.

Strong Not Skinny
