This month, our Fitness and Wellness Manager, Caroline Taylor, has introduced a new Wellness & Pilates Class just for Colets staff to help promote wellbeing at work. With April being Stress Awareness Month, Caroline wants to highlight the importance of taking time out of your day to focus on yourself and clear your mind. We might not always remember or take the time to have proper breaks throughout our busy working day, so it’s important to set time aside for yourself.
The Wellness & Pilates Class is a gentle class that focuses on posture, alignment, core conditioning and stretching. It’s designed for all levels to relax the body and mind, so our staff can go back to work feeling calm and refreshed.
